- 1 l vegetable broth
- 1 EL Butter
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 300 g polenta
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 4 EL Olive oil

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil with the butter. Rinse the rosemary and add two sprigs to the broth. Stir in the polenta, remove from heat, and let it thicken for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the rosemary and season the polenta with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread onto a baking sheet (about 30x40 cm) lined with parchment paper. Let cool and cut into triangular slices.

Preheat the grill and brush the polenta slices with a little oil. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot and garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig.
