Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml vinegar

Instructions

    Crack each egg into a small cup, taking care not to break the yolk.

  2. 2.

    Bring almost 1 l of water to a boil in a pot and add the vinegar. Carefully slide each egg into the water using the cup.

  3. 3.

    Use a spoon to shape the egg into a round form so that the yolk is ideally completely surrounded by the white. Poach for about 3-4 minutes, then lift with a slotted spoon.

  4. 4.

    Let the finished eggs drip on a kitchen towel and trim any unsightly remaining whites.
