Crab Scramble with Rye Bread

Ingredients

  • 400 g crabs (cooked; in brine)
  • Chives
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

Instructions

    Drain the crabs well in a sieve.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small ribbons, leaving a few stems intact.

  3. 3.

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4.

    Heat the butter in a pan. Add the eggs and cook over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 8–10 minutes until set.

    Arrange the bread on four plates. Top with the scramble, distribute the crabs over it, and garnish with chives before serving.
