Ingredients
- 500 g plums
- 500 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 0.5 lemon (juice and grated zest)
- 0.5 cinnamon stick

Wash, pit, and dice the plums. Combine with honey, cinnamon, lemon juice, zest, and 150 ml water in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.

Stir some spoonfuls of the compote into the yogurt.

Remove the cinnamon stick from the compote and distribute over glasses. Spoon yogurt on top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.
