The plum smoothie is an excellent low-fat, high-fiber, and protein-rich snack that satisfies hunger between meals.
Ingredients
- 2 dried plums
- 100 ml whole milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (more to taste)
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water (ice cold)
- liquid sweetener to taste
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Halve the dried plums, pit them, and roughly chop.

Blend with whole milk and ground cinnamon in a stand mixer or hand blender until frothy. Taste and add liquid sweetener if desired. Pour into a glass over ice cubes, top with sparkling mineral water, and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
