Ingredients
- 300 g filo dough
- 50 g butter
- 0.5 Vanilla pod
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp whole grain semolina (spelt or wheat)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 plums

Spread the filo dough and line the tart pan with overlapping sheets. Melt butter in a small pot over low heat. Brush each sheet thinly with melted butter, forming a rim and folding excess edges inward.

Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Separate the eggs. Whisk yolks with vanilla seeds, quark, semolina, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Beat egg whites with salt to stiff peaks and fold into the cream. Pour into the tart pan and level the surface.
