The cherry yogurt popsicles from Spoonsparrow are the perfect clean‑eating sweet treat for summer!

Ingredients

  • 300 g cherries (pitted, fresh or frozen)
  • 50 g birch sugar (as powdered sugar)
  • 350 g Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 organic lime (zest and juice)
  • 100 g fresh cherries

Instructions

    Mix cherries with birch powdered sugar and puree as finely as possible with a stick blender. Then strain through a fine sieve and fold in yogurt, lime zest and juice.

    Fill the mixture into 6 ice molds. Freeze for about 1 hour, then insert wooden sticks and freeze for another 3 hours. To serve, release the ice from the molds. Wash fresh cherries, arrange on a tart plate as desired and decorate the popsicles with them.
