Plum Tart: a healthy summer recipe from Spoonsparrow

Ingredients

  • 350 g puff pastry (frozen)
  • 500 g ripe plums
  • 2 tbsp sugar-cinnamon mixture
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Let the puff pastry thaw. Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

    Wash the plums, pat dry, halve them and remove the pits.

    Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle (about 20x30 cm) and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press the plums apart and arrange them cut side up on the dough. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

    Remove, let cool, lift off the tray and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Serve sliced.
