Ingredients

  • 225 g puff pastry (about ½ package, frozen)
  • 3 peaches
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp apricot jam

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

    Let the puff pastry thaw while laid side by side. Then stack it again and roll it out to fit your pan. Line a greased baking dish with the dough and shape a rim.

    Briefly blanch the peaches, halve them, remove the pits, and cut into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar.

    Arrange the peach wedges in a tiled pattern on the dough and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, warm the apricot jam in a small saucepan and strain it through a sieve. Remove the finished tart from the oven and spread the jam over it while still warm.
