Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (300 g, from the refrigerated section)
- 4 large plums
- 60 g plum jam
- 20 ml rum
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar-cinnamon mixture
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles (about 7x10 cm). Place on the sheet. Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Warm the jam with rum and fill the plum pits. Arrange the plums on the pastry squares. Brush the pastry around the plums with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
