Ingredients

  • 1 kg plums
  • 500 g fruit sugar (2:1)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet citric acid (5 g)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the plums, pit them and cut into small pieces.

  2. 2.

    Mix with fruit sugar.

  3. 3.

    Add cinnamon and citric acid and simmer for 3-5 minutes while stirring constantly until bubbling.

  4. 4.

    Remove from heat and ladle boiling hot into prepared jars with screw caps.

  5. 5.

    Let stand upside down to cool.
