Peanut Banana Shake with Quark

Try the delicious peanut-banana shake with quark from ➸ Spoonsparrow – perfect directly after sport!
Ingredients
- 150 g Bananas (1 ripe banana)
- 200 g lactose-free low-fat quark
- 50 g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (45 g)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 330 ml lactose-free milk (3.5% fat)
Instructions

Peel the banana. Mix with quark, rolled oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and milk in a blender or with a hand blender to a smooth drink.

Take the remaining peanut butter with the back of a teaspoon and spread the inside of the glasses with it.

Carefully pour the drink into the prepared glasses and serve.
