Plum Cake with Streusel

Ingredients
- 700 g plums
- 180 g soft butter
- 180 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 400 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 80 g yogurt
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g sugar
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g butter
Instructions

Wash and pit the plums. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) fan-forced.

Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt; fold into the batter alternately with the yogurt. Spread the dough on the tray, arrange the plums on top and press them lightly into the batter.

For the streusel mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Melt the butter in a small pot and drizzle it over the flour mixture in drops. Beat with a hand mixer until small crumbs form. Sprinkle over the cake and bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
