- 1 pinch salt
- 3 drops rum flavoring
- 1 egg
- 30 g soft butter

- flour (for working)
- 50 g butter

1.
Whisk milk with yeast and sugar, let rise for about 10 minutes. Place flour with salt, rum flavoring, egg, and butter in a bowl. Pour the yeast-milk mixture over it and knead into a smooth dough that releases from the bowl edges. If too soft add more flour; if too firm add more milk. Cover with a cloth and let rest for about 1 hour in a warm place.

2.
Grease the cake pan. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

3.
Melt butter for rolling in a pot, then let cool slightly. Mix sugar with cinnamon. Divide dough into 4-5 pieces, roll on lightly floured surface into strands, cut into small pieces. Form small balls, first coat them in butter, then roll in the sugar mixture. Layer the balls in the pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Cool for about 30 minutes, transfer to a plate while still warm, and serve.
