Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 0.125 l lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 150 g cooked turkey breast fillet (sliced thin)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks (well drained)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 small onion (sliced into rings)
  • 3 slices of cheese

Instructions

    Sift flour into a bowl, create a well in the center. Crumble yeast into some water, pour into the well, dust with flour and cover for 15 minutes. Add remaining water with salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Simmer tomatoes, cool, peel skin, dice, and reduce in a pot with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Slice mozzarella.

    Oil pizza pans lightly. Knead dough again, divide into two halves, roll out, and place in pans. Shape slightly thicker edges. Preheat oven to 250°C. Spread tomato sauce over dough. Top with mozzarella and turkey slices. Add pineapple chunks and onion rings, peel bananas, slice thickly, arrange on top, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle oregano. Slice cheese into thin strips, scatter over pizzas. Season with curry and bake in a hot oven at 220°C fan for about 15 minutes until crust browns and cheese melts.
