Seafood Pizza

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 g frozen shrimp
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

    Let the shrimp thaw. Knead a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt, 1 tbsp olive oil and water. The dough should be soft but not sticky to the fingers; add more flour or water if needed. Cover with a cloth and let rest in a warm place for 1–2 hours.

    Brush two round pizza pans with oil. Preheat oven to 250 °C. Knead the dough again, divide into halves, roll each half into a circle using a rolling pin, place on the pans and brush with 2 tbsp olive oil each. Season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella, slice it, and spread over the pans. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Wash peppers, deseed and cut into thin strips. Top pizzas with onion and pepper strips and thawed shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle chives on top. Bake in the hot oven for 10–15 minutes. Serve immediately.
