Ingredients

  • 0.5 cube Yeast
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes (400 g)
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 250 g mixed seafood (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Stir yeast with 150 ml lukewarm water and sugar until smooth. Add flour, oil, and salt to a mixing bowl, then add the dissolved yeast. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer into a supple dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

    Thaw seafood.

    Knead dough on a floured surface, divide into two portions, roll each thinly, and place on oiled baking trays.

    Puree tomatoes, spread over pizza bases leaving a small edge. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

    Top with seafood and drizzle olive oil. Bake sequentially in a preheated oven (225°C lower rack, 200°C fan) for about 15 minutes.
