Pizza Flatbread with Sour Cream and Onions

Ingredients
- 20 g yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 50 ml whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 onion (blue)
- 2 tbsp chives
- Basil

Dissolve the yeast in 1/8 L lukewarm water with sugar, then knead into a smooth dough with flour, salt and oil. Let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Oil two baking trays and preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

Divide the dough into four parts, shape each into about 15 x 25 cm rectangles, form a small edge, place on trays and bake for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile whisk sour cream with cream cheese and whipping cream; season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and slice into rings.

Remove the flatbreads from the oven and spread the cream mixture over them. Sprinkle with chives and onions, then bake for another 5-7 minutes.

Take out of the oven and serve garnished with basil.
