Ingredients

  • 450 g pizza dough (frozen; 1 pack)
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 750 g canned tomatoes
  • 250 g fish fillet (e.g., cod or perch)
  • 200 g raw shrimp (peeled)
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 50 g black olives
  • basil for garnish
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

    Let the pizza dough thaw according to instructions.

    Mix tomato paste with 2 tbsp olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt, cayenne pepper, and pizza seasoning. Rinse tomatoes and slice into rounds. Rinse fish fillet, pat dry, and cut into bite‑sized pieces. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Slice mozzarella.

    Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface to match a baking sheet size. Place it on a greased baking sheet (or one lined with parchment) and press the edges in. Spread the tomato paste over the dough.

    Distribute tomatoes, fish, and shrimp over the base and top with mozzarella slices. Add olives and drizzle remaining olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3‑4, fan: 180°C) for 25–30 minutes. Serve garnished with basil and parsley.
