Ingredients

  • 125 ml lukewarm water
  • 200 g wheat flour Type 550
  • 50 g semolina
  • 5 g dry yeast
  • Salt
  • sugar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika paste
  • 150 g Emmental (grated)
  • 1 small can corn
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 small onion
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. 1.

Combine all dough ingredients in a bowl and knead vigorously for about 10 minutes. Then dust the pizza dough with a little flour, place it in a bowl, cover with cling film and let rise for one hour.

  2. 2.

Knead the dough again and let rise for another hour. Preheat the oven to 250°C.

  3. 3.

After an hour, take the dough out of the bowl, knead briefly and divide into two halves. Shape each half into equally sized round pizza bases.

  4. 4.

Whisk ketchup with tomato paste and paprika paste until smooth; add enough water to create a spreadable sauce. Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper, peel if desired, and slice thinly. Wash bell peppers, trim, halve, seed, remove white membranes, and cut into strips. Peel onions, halve, and dice finely. Spread 3-4 tbsp of cheese on the bases, add toppings, sprinkle remaining cheese and oregano, and bake in the oven at 250°C fan-forced for about 8 to 10 minutes.
