Ingredients

  • 60 g pistachios
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Shell the pistachios. Wash and dry the arugula. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

    Blend the arugula, garlic, pistachios, nutritional yeast, and olive oil with a stick blender until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the pesto to a jar and consume within 3–4 days.
