The simple pineapple cocktail without alcohol from Spoonsparrow tastes great for all ages and is ready in no time.
Ingredients
- 10 ice cubes
- 100 ml Pitanga juice
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 40 ml coconut syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Mineral water to top up (still)
- 1 piece of pineapple (for garnish)
Instructions

Fill a cocktail glass about half full with ice cubes.

Shake the remaining ice cubes with Pitanga juice, pineapple juice, syrup and lemon juice vigorously in a shaker and strain into the glass through a bar strainer.

Top the pineapple cocktail without alcohol with mineral water and serve garnished with pineapple and a straw.
