Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 ml warm milk
- 20 ml dark rum
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- a pinch nutmeg
Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with brown sugar until creamy over a hot water bath.

While continuing to beat, gradually whisk in the warm milk, then fold in the rum.

Serve in two champagne glasses, dusted with a little nutmeg.
