Mint Caipirinha

Caipirinha with mint by Spoonsparrow – refreshing, sparkling and especially tasty in summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml cachaça
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the lime and cut it into wedges or slices; squeeze them into a whiskey glass with a wooden spoon, do not discard the pulp.

    Rinse the mint, pat dry and lightly press one sprig into the glass. Stir in sugar and lemon juice, pour in cachaça, then add crushed ice. Insert the second mint sprig and serve with straws.
