Caipirinha with lemon from Spoonsparrow tastes especially good in the warm season.
Ingredients
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 50 ml cachaça
- crushed ice
Instructions

Wash the lime and cut it into wedges or slices; muddle in a whiskey glass with a wooden spoon without removing it. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice, then pour in the cachaça and stir in the crushed ice.

If desired, dilute with a little sparkling water if it's too strong.
