Pineapple Burger

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 ripe pineapple
- 0.5 bunch scallions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- maple syrup
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions

Season the meat with salt and pepper, then shape into four about 1 cm thick patties.

Clean, peel, slice the pineapple into four rounds and remove the woody core. Wash and cut the scallions into 10 cm long pieces. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard; season with salt, pepper, and maple syrup.

Brown each patty in hot oil in a skillet for about 3–5 minutes per side. Cook the pineapple slices in another pan with hot butter for 2–3 minutes on each side, then add the scallions and let them heat through. Toast the buns cut-side down.

Spread a little sauce on the bottom bun halves, place one lettuce leaf, scatter some scallion pieces, add one patty, one pineapple slice, more scallions, a dollop of sauce on top, and cover with the upper bun halves. Serve the pineapple burgers.
