Pikante Cocktailsauce

Ingredients

• 100 g mayonnaise
• 4 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
• 100 g heavy cream
• 1 tbsp cognac
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• Salt
• Cayenne pepper
• paprika powder (sweet)
• Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

   Whisk mayonnaise with ketchup and horseradish.

   Beat the cream to half‑firm peaks and fold in cognac and orange juice.

   Season with salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
