Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp (fresh and peeled)
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • juice of half a lime
  • 40 ml sherry
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • pepper from the mill

    Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Marinate in lime juice and sherry for about 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, peel and slice the garlic. Fry in olive oil until golden brown, then add the shrimp with the marinade; simmer together for about 3-4 minutes. Finally stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
