Pie crust tart with asparagus and peas

Ingredients
- 100 g fresh peas (without pods)
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 g white asparagus
- butter (for the pan)
- 400 g puff pastry
- flour (for the work surface)
Instructions

Cook the peas in a steamer basket for 15 minutes. Blend with a few drops of water, then mix smoothly with cream cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Trim the asparagus by peeling and cutting off the bottom 2 cm, then boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain well.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (Oven + fan). Butter the tart pan.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle and line the pan, shaping a border.

Spread the cream cheese-pea mixture over the base, arrange the asparagus spears on top, pressing slightly. Bake for about 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
