Ingredients
- 250 g linguine
- 100 g snow peas
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 12 peeled scallops (with coral)

Wash and trim the snow peas, then cut them lengthwise into strips.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente; add the snow peas for the last 3 minutes, then drain and return half a cup of the cooking liquid to the pot.

Rinse the scallops, pat dry, cut into smaller pieces if desired, season with salt and pepper, and fry them in hot oil in a pan for 2 minutes on each side.

Plate the pasta with the scallops and snow peas (or serve in shellfish bowls) and serve immediately.
