- 300 g Penne
- 50 g frozen peas
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 g breakfast bacon
- 175 g cooked chicken breast fillet
- 150 g Gruyère cheese (block)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Basil
Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Boil peas for about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Slice bacon into strips and crisp in a pan without added fat.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Dice cheese into small thin squares.

Drain pasta, return to pot, stir in tomato paste and heat. Add cheese and melt while stirring; then add chicken, bacon, and peas. Heat through, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with roughly chopped basil before serving.
