Ingredients
- 200 g macaroni
- iodized salt
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- 4 dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 bulb fennel
- 50 ml white wine
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 g crème fraîche
- oregano
- pepper (ground)

Rinse the fillet, pat dry, and cut into strips. Drain the tomatoes (reserve 2 tbsp of oil) and chop finely. Wash, trim, and slice the fennel. Meanwhile cook pasta in salted water.

Brown the fillet in hot tomato oil, add vegetables. Deglaze with wine and broth, simmer for 5‑7 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drain pasta, mix immediately with sauce, and serve hot.
