Ingredients

  • 400 g penne
  • Salt
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 dried chili peppers
  • 465 g broccoli florets (1 large head)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions

    Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Simultaneously cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

    Sauté garlic in hot oil, add chili and parsley. Drain pasta and broccoli, combine with the oil mixture, season with salt, plate, and serve.
