Pecan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100 g milk chocolate (30% cocoa)
- 110 g butter
- 3 tsp crème fraîche
- 130 g pecans
- 3 eggs
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 180 g wheat flour type 1050
- 10 g baking powder
Instructions

Coarsely chop both chocolates and melt with butter over a hot water bath. Stir in the crème fraîche.

Line a baking pan or small shallow tray with parchment paper.

Coarsely chop the nuts. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until pale and creamy, until the sugar dissolves. Gradually fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix flour with nuts and baking powder and fold into the batter.
