Try the somewhat different dessert from Spoonsparrow: The sandwich dessert tastes big and small!

Ingredients

  • 400 g blackberries
  • 8 slices brioche (or braided roll)
  • 80 g nut nougat cream
  • 200 g vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Rinse the blackberries and pat them dry. Spread the nut nougat cream on each slice of brioche. Press the berries into the cream on four slices.

    Spread the vanilla ice cream over the berries and top with the remaining bread slices. Gently press together and serve immediately.
