Pear Oatmeal Porridge

Pear oatmeal porridge: a fruity evening bowl balanced with vitamins, fiber and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 125 g ripe pears (1 small pear)
  • 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 20 g delicate oat flakes (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Wash, peel, quarter and core the pear. Roughly grate on a box grater.

    Bring the milk to a boil in a small pot and add the oat flakes. Cook for 1–2 minutes over medium heat while stirring constantly.

    Add the grated pears to the porridge, stir, and remove from heat. Optionally blend with an immersion blender, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
