Berry Ice Cream Cups with Yogurt and Cream

- 300 g Strawberries
- 300 g raspberries
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 100 g vanilla yogurt

Wash the strawberries and raspberries, rinse if necessary and pat dry. Set aside 6 nice raspberries. Clean the strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces. Blend 125 g of each fruit with 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp vanilla sugar separately. Fold in 150 g of yogurt into each puree and cover the mixtures, then freeze in a deep freezer for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Puree half of the remaining berries with powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and place it in the refrigerator.

Layer the ice cream with berry sauce, remaining berries, and vanilla yogurt into six glasses. Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with the rest of the raspberries before serving.
