Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 pears
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8 tbsp rolled oats
  • 600 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 12 fresh dates
  • 4 tbsp wheat sprouts

Instructions

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without added fat until golden yellow. Let cool.

    Wash the pears, quarter them and remove the cores. Cut the fruit quarters into strips and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Distribute the rolled oats across four bowls. Whisk the yogurt with sea buckthorn syrup and honey until smooth.

    Pour the yogurt mixture over the oats. Pit and chop the dates, then add them along with the pear strips on top of the oats.

    Sprinkle the wheat sprouts and sesame seeds over the muesli.
