Ingredients

  • 1 egg (medium size)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch grated lime zest (from 1 organic lime)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 baguette roll
  • 25 g margarine
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Instructions

    Hard boil the egg, cool and peel. Rinse the tomatoes. Slice the egg and tomatoes into rounds. Mix parsley with sesame seeds, lime zest, a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Slice the baguette roll in half and spread margarine on each side. Quickly rinse the lettuce leaf and pat dry. Layer the bread halves with the lettuce leaf, tomato and egg slices. Sprinkle the parsley mixture over the top.
