- 200 g puff pastry
- 2 ripe pears
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp pine nuts
- 150 g Roquefort cheese
- 4 sprigs thyme
- pepper (ground)

Let the puff pastry sheets thaw side by side, then stack them and roll out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 18 x 40 cm. Cut into four rectangles.

Wash the pears, quarter and core them, slice into very thin slivers, and drizzle with lemon juice. Distribute over the pastry rectangles in a scattered pattern. Slice the cheese into very thin slices or crumble it and scatter over the pears. Add some thyme, lightly pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan) for about 20 minutes.
