Ingredients
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 40 ml pear juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 60 g raw cane sugar
- 350 g chestnuts (pre-cooked; vacuum-packed)
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions

Bring 150 ml of the cream with the milk, pear juice, cinnamon and 50 g of sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and let steep for about 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and add the chestnuts.

Blend the chestnut mixture with an immersion blender into a fine cream, stirring occasionally while it cools. Then divide onto small bowls.
