Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp wheat flakes
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 pears
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soft peanut butter
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • lime zest (for garnish)

Instructions

    Stir the wheat flakes into the yogurt and let sit for 10 minutes. Peel the banana and slice it. Wash, peel, quarter the pears, remove the core and roughly cube them.

    Add the banana, yogurt, milk, honey and peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed. Finish with lime juice and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Pour into glasses and garnish with zest.
