Ingredients
- 90 g rolled oats (whole grain)
- 60 g wheat flakes
- 20 g millet flakes
- 80 g mixed nuts (e.g., pumpkin seeds, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, walnuts etc.)
- 4 dried apricots
- 2 fresh mandarins
Instructions

Mix the rolled oats, wheat flakes and millet flakes. Roughly chop the nuts as desired and add them to the flakes. Dice the dried apricots into small cubes and fold in.

Peel the fresh mandarins and separate into segments.

Distribute the muesli onto bowls and serve with the mandarin segments. Offer milk, yogurt, cream or quark. Those who wish can sweeten the muesli with a little honey.
