Mozzarella Burger

This tastes great for the whole family! Mozzarella burgers from Spoonsparrow are a simple and tasty dish for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 600 g ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt (pepper)
  • oil (for frying)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 ball mozzarella
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 pack frozen fries (to bake)
  • ketchup

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop onions; sauté in butter until translucent. Mix with ground beef, salt, pepper, and knead well. Finely chop parsley and fold into the mixture. Shape into rounds about 2 cm thick. Heat oil in a heavy pan and fry each patty for 4 minutes per side. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Slice tomatoes. Cut buns horizontally; place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half. Add hot patty, Swiss cheese slice, tomato slices, one mozzarella slice, and cover with the top bun. Briefly grill under the oven broiler until the cheese melts.
