Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (300 g, from the refrigerated section)
- 8 peaches (halves), about 400 g canned
- 60 g peach jam
- 20 ml rum
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F) with both top and bottom heat, and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into eight approximately 10 cm circles. Place them on the tray. Drain the peaches and arrange them on the pastry circles. Warm the jam with rum and brush it over the peach tarts. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.

Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
