Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh strawberries
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 8 scoops strawberry ice cream
  • 1 can peach slices (ca. 400 g)
  • 150 ml whipping cream (at least 30% fat content)
  • 4 waffle cones

Instructions

    Wash and trim the strawberries, blend with powdered sugar and strain through a sieve.

  2. 2.

    Place two scoops of vanilla and strawberry ice cream in each glass. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, fill a piping bag and pipe over the ice cream.

    Garnish with peach slices and strawberry sauce, decorate with one waffle cone per serving.
