Peach Iced Tea

A chilled refreshment offered by Spoonsparrow’s Peach Iced Tea that tastes delicious every time!

Ingredients

  • 4 jasmine tea bags
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 4 tbsp grapefruit syrup
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 apple
  • 2 peaches

Instructions

    Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add the tea bags and steep for about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice and syrup, sweeten with sugar to your liking. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until chilled.

    Just before serving, wash the apple, core it, and slice into thin wedges. Wash the peaches, halve them, remove the pits, and cut into thin strips. Place the fruit in a pitcher and fill with the well-chilled tea. Serve Peach Iced Tea over ice cubes if desired.
