Ingredients

  • 6 sprigs Mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Bring 700 ml water to a boil and steep the 2–3 mint sprigs in it. Let stand for about 10 minutes.

    Add the lemon juice and sweeten with honey to taste, then strain the mixture.

    Cool the tea, chill it in the refrigerator until fully cold, and serve over ice in two glasses, garnishing with remaining mint.
