Ingredients
- 1 kg peaches
- 250 ml alcohol‑free white wine
- 250 ml apple juice
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100 g whole‑grain sugar
Instructions

Soak peaches in boiling water, shock them and peel the skins. Cut the fruit in half, remove pits and slice flesh into wide strips.

Bring alcohol‑free wine, apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon stick and sugar to a boil; add peaches and cook until firm yet bite‑sized. Fill jars with compote, seal and let rest for at least 6 hours.
