Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes (starchy, boiling type)
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 800 g peas (frozen)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the potatoes and steam them for about 25 minutes until tender. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil and add the peas. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, then puree the peas with some of the broth.

Peel the cooked potatoes and press them through a potato ricer. Mix the pea purée, tahini, and 3 tbsp olive oil together, adding enough of the remaining vegetable broth to create a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil, and serve.
